This kind of mental chatter only helps to distract you from the Living in the Present Moment. In addition, it only helps you to create chaos around you by diminishing your performance in every activity that you are doing or wishing to do. So, what to do then? The solution is to focus your Mind and Full Energy in the present activity that you are currently attempting to perform in that very moment.

Sounds simple and easy to do, however, that might imply retrieving your energy left in the passed with some or several people, places or situations. It also involves retrieving your energy from the future where you have already plant it with the wrong energy and momentum while you were standing under a stressed situation.

We are all at different levels of Spiritual Evolution and therefore living at the correspondent different levels of Evolution in our Human Experience.
